Veggie Salad

Most of the time I make this with broccoli and dried cranberries. The other ingredients change regularly depending what I have on hand. I always get ask for the recipe.

Veggie Salad

List A
6 cup broccoli
6 cup cauliflower
6 cup carrot

List B
¼ cup red onion
¼ cup brown onion
¼ cup white onion
¼ cup green onion
¼ cup sweet onion
¼ cup chives
¼ cup shallot

List C
1 cup Walnuts
½ cup Pine nut
½ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup sliced almonds

List D
¼ cup golden raisins
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup dried cherries
½ cup grapes
1/2 cup crash pineapple
1/4 cup dried aprcot , cut into strips

List E
6 bacon strips
6 turkey bacon
2 oz. bacon bits

List F
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Salad dressing
1 cup Sour cream

List G
2 tablespoon White vinegar
2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon Lemon juice

List H
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoon Baker's sugar
2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
2 tablespoon White sugar

1. In a large bowl combine one choice from each of follow list A, B, C, D and E.
2. In a small bowl combine one choice from each of follow list F, G and H. set aside.
3. To large bowl of the ingredient add small bowl of ingredients stares in tell thoroughly incorporated.
4. Refrigerate for hour or more so flavors have a chance to blend together.

Warning: I have not tried all the combination. I have tried many of the combination and they all have worked.
