Smoothie- Milk Shakes

I love going out getting smoothies but they’re so much cheaper to make it home. The one thing I love about this Smoothie recipe is that it has ice cream or Sherbet or Sorbet to make an extra creamy.

List A
½ cup raspberry Sherbet or Sorbet
½ cup lemon Sorbet or Sherbet
½ cup orange Sorbet or Sherbet
½ cup lime Sorbet or Sherbet
½ cup strawberry Sorbet or Sherbet or ice cream
½ cup blueberry ice cream
½ cup vanilla ice cream
½ cup soy vanilla ice cream

List B
1 cup whole milk
1 cup low fat milk
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup cream
1 cup regular soymilk
1 cup fat-free soymilk
1 cup Regular vanilla soymilk
1 cup fat-free vanilla soymilk

List C
1 small banana fresh or frozen
1 cup blackberries
7oz. can of mandarin oranges
1 fresh mango peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen mango
1 papaya peeled and chopped
1 cup frozen or fresh peaches
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

1. In a blender combine one choice from each of the following list A, B, C.

2. Please blender on median or high combining in till smooth.

3. Pour into serving glasses. And enjoy!



Warning: I have not tried all the combination. I have tried many of the combination and they all have worked.
